Breakfast Meetings

NAIOP Georgia holds four Breakfast Meetings each year in January, May, June and September.

Typically we have either a keynote speaker or a panel discussion covering a wide range of topics of interest or related to the commercial real estate industry.

Special Events

NAIOP Georgia holds four Special Events each year. They are:

  1. Million Dollar Club Awards Program
This event honors landlord project marketing representatives who produced $1 million or more in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Awards are presented to the Top 5 Producers in Office and Industrial. We also present an Award for Excellence. At the end of each year, Million Dollar Club Applications are emailed to NAIOP members. Prerequisite: any person employed by a NAIOP member firm who, at the time of application, is in a landlord representation position from which no less than 75% of that person’s annual transactions are landlord leasing transactions, is eligible to participate in NAIOP Million Dollar Club.
  2. Cocktail Party
This is a special evening of networking and fellowship among our chapter colleagues as NAIOP honors Atlanta’s top producers.
  1. Golf Tournament
This is a member only event that is a tradition for NAIOP Georgia. It was started in 1992 and continues to be a great day of fun and networking.
  2. Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony
Awards are given for Owner/Developer of the Year – Office and Industrial. In addition, the Carter/Mathis Award is presented to a firm or individual who, during the past year has made a single outstanding contribution to the community or throughout their lifetime has made significant contributions to the community. This award is for achievement beyond pure development. In the fall of each year, Award Nomination Forms are emailed to NAIOP members. Nominate another company or your own for Principal or Associate Firm of the Year.
