How do I login to the website?
Your login name is your email address, and your password is intially the default of pleasechange (lowercase, all together - no spaces). After you login for the first time, you can change this to your own unique password.
My contact information has changed. How can I update it?
- On the local website, click on My Info (left-hand side of homepage)
- On the national website, go to www.naiop.org and click on My NAIOP Account (left-hand side of the homepage)
Is NAIOP membership individual?
Yes, NAIOP membership is individual. If one person from your company is a member, others may attend, but they would need to pay the non-member rate.
Can I bring a guest to a meeting?
Yes, guests are welcome, but they will need to pay the non-member rate. The only events that are not open to non-members are the Annual Members Only Cocktail Party and Annual Members Only Golf Tournament.
What is the difference between Principal and Associate members?
Principal members are employed by an organization whose primary business is development, ownership, management of or investment in industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial real estate. Associate members are employed by a company or organization who provides products or services to the industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial real estate firm who belong to the same chapter.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Registration fee is fully refundable if you cancel prior to an event. Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of registration fee. All no shows will be billed.
