The Georgia Chapter of NAIOP is pleased to present our membership with an exciting journey to Dubai, January 22 – 30, 2009! This special travel opportunity offers a unique chance to experience first hand the vast commercial real estate development of a country known for its unbelievable progress and incredible wealth.

We’ll fly nonstop roundtrip from Atlanta on Delta Air Lines and stay at the Five Star JW Marriott in Dubai’s impressive business district. Specially arranged tours are being planned to visit several development projects and offices to see first hand the explosive activity in this truly fascinating and cosmopolitan city.

Temperatures in Dubai in January range from daytime highs in the mid 70’s to lows in the upper 50’s. We’ll explore Dubai and Abu Dhabi by private, air conditioned coach with an English speaking guide. Just enough leisure time has been planned to accommodate a round of golf, a hot air balloon ride or some relaxation on the beach.
