  1. How do I login to the NAIOP Corporate membership directory?
    Go to: www.naiop.org
    When you became a NAIOP member, you were provided with your member number. To login, use your member number as your User ID, and your Password is your last name with only the first letter capitalized. If you do not know your member number, email Heidi Davee at hdavee@naiopga.org.
  2. Is NAIOP membership individual?
    Yes, NAIOP membership is individual. If one person from your company is a member, others may attend, but they would need to pay the non-member rate.
  3. Can I bring a guest to a meeting?
    Yes, guests are welcome, but they will need to pay the non-member rate. Events, such as but not limited to, the Annual Members Only Cocktail Party and Annual Members Only Golf Tournament are not open to non-members.
  1. What is the difference between Principal and Associate members?
    Principal members are employed by an organization whose primary business is development, ownership, and management of or investment in industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial real estate.
    Associate members are employed by a company or organization that provides products or services to the industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial real estate firm who belong to the same chapter.
  2. What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Registration fee is fully refundable if you cancel prior to an event. Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of registration fee. All no shows will be billed.
