The speaker

Based in New York City, Charlie Dougherty is a director and senior economist with Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank.

He provides analysis on the U.S. economy as well as commercial real estate, housing, construction and regional sectors of the economy, and he regularly produces special commentary, writes indicator reports and contributes to the company’s Weekly Economic & Financial Commentary.

Charlie’s commentary on the U.S. economy has been featured in various regional and national media publications, including the CBS Evening News, Bloomberg, National Public Radio, and the Washington Post.
