School Challenge

The NAIOP Georgia School Challenge is an annual case competition between teams from the following business schools: Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University and the University of Georgia. The case statement incorporates current and relevant topics affecting the Atlanta real estate market. The challenge to the teams is to research the available market data and present the “best” solution given certain parameters.

Happy Hour

The NAIOP GA Happy Hour is a special evening of networking and camaraderie among Georgia’s CRE community.

Golf Tournament

The members only NAIOP GA Golf Tournament is a tradition for NAIOP Georgia. It was started in 1992 and continues to be a great day of fun and networking.

Graduate students from four Georgia universities–Emory, GA State, GA Tech & UGA–competed to solve a real life commercial real estate case study in Atlanta.  The winner of this year’s 30th annual competition was Georgia State University!
