The NAIOP Georgia School Challenge is an annual case competition between teams from the following business schools: Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University and the University of Georgia. The case statement incorporates current and relevant topics affecting the Atlanta real estate market. The challenge to the teams is to research the available market data and present the “best” solution given certain parameters.

The NAIOP GA Cocktail Party is a special evening of networking and camaraderie among our chapter colleagues as NAIOP honors Atlanta’s top producers.
The members only NAIOP GA Golf Tournament is a tradition for NAIOP Georgia. It was started in 1992 and continues to be a great day of fun and networking.
