The purpose of the NAIOP Future Leaders program is:
- To serve as a resource for the NAIOP GA Chapter and its board members.
- To create an avenue to eventually serve on one of the NAIOP GA Chapter committees.
- To connect with other Future Leaders in the Real Estate industry.
- To carry out the NAIOP GA Chapter’s initiatives through educational, networking, service and business opportunity outlets.

What is NAIOP Future Leaders/ Developing Leaders
NAIOP Future Leaders is a program specific to NAIOP Georgia. This group is chosen through an application and recommendation process. The top candidates are considered to be the future leaders of NAIOP Georgia. Special programming, networking and educational events are provided throughout the year for this elite group.
Developing Leaders is a membership category for all professionals age 35 and under. Developing Leaders may attend regular programs in addition to specialized programs designed for NAIOP’s young professionals. We provide the tools, networking and resources you’ve been looking for to propel your career to the next level.

Events
Throughout the year NAIOP GA holds various educational and networking events with a focus on our Young Professionals. Some are specifically geared towards those 35 and under, while others are open to the entire membership. Be sure to check out our Upcoming Events section for more details.
